Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the 219 platform on any device or web browser, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, as well as any related policies published on our website.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use or access the 219 platform. Continued use of the platform following any published changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

This platform may only be used by individuals aged 18 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited, and any account found to have been registered by a minor will be closed immediately.

Platform Usage Responsibilities and Rules

219 users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Using the platform for any illegal activity — including but not limited to fraud, money laundering, or any other criminal activity — is strictly prohibited.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

  • Using automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without written authorisation.
  • Attempting to hack, disrupt, or disable any of the platform's security systems.
  • Sharing or reselling account access to third parties.
  • Engaging in any form of collusion or unfair cooperation in games.
  • Abusing the promotions or bonus system in any unauthorised manner.
  • Spreading false or misleading information about the 219 platform to others.

Any violation of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and legal action where necessary.

4

Payment and Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 219 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods approved by the platform, including local internet banking, GrabPay, and supported digital payment options.

Users are responsible for ensuring that their registered bank account or e-wallet details are accurate and belong to them. 219 reserves the right to reject or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, incorrect information, or suspicious activity.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply and are subject to change from time to time. Withdrawals will be processed within the stipulated timeframe upon completion of user identity verification. Any fees charged by third-party payment providers are the responsibility of the user and not of the 219 platform.

In the event of a technical error in a transaction that results in an incorrect credit or debit, 219 reserves the right to correct the error and restore the account balance to the correct amount upon completion of the investigation.

5

Account Policy — Suspension and Closure

219 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account for the following reasons, without prior notice in cases involving serious violations:

  • Violation of the platform's terms and conditions.
  • Fraud, hacking, or any attempt to exploit the system.
  • Providing false or inaccurate registration information.
  • Suspected involvement in money laundering or financing of illegal activities.
  • Voluntary closure request submitted by the user through support channels.

Suspended accounts will be blocked from all activity, including login, deposits, and withdrawals, until the investigation is complete. If the investigation determines that a violation has occurred, the account balance may be fully or partially forfeited depending on the severity of the breach.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact the 219 support team via email at [email protected]. Closure requests will be processed within the stipulated timeframe following identity verification and the settlement of any outstanding balances or transactions.

6

Platform Liability Limits

219 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred by users arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to betting losses, service disruptions, technical errors, or unauthorised third-party access.

The platform is provided on an "as is" basis, and 219 makes no guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free, or meet every user's requirements. That said, we are committed to maintaining the best possible platform performance at all times.

7

Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links, and Changes to Terms

All content, designs, logos, brand names, and other materials on the 219 platform are our exclusive property and are protected under Malaysian intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, or use any element of the platform without written authorisation.

Changes take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the platform after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
